Girls Required Equipment

Having the right equipment that both fits and functions properly is imperative to the safe enjoyment of the sport. Minimal equipment is required in girls' lacrosse due to its non-contact nature. A stick, mouthguard and protective eyewear are the only required items for most players. Headgear and close fitting gloves are optional for field players.

Each player that participates is required to have all the following equipment:

• Protective Eyewear
• Lacrosse Stick
• Mouthpiece
• Cleats. Lacrosse, soccer or football cleats work well. (No baseball cleats.)
